Arkadia, Helsinki

Investor: LaSalle E-REGI

Lettable area: 10 800 sqm.

The office building Arkadia is situated on the fringe of Helsinki’s CBD. The building was constructed in 1932 and has recently undergone a thorough refurbishment. The property is home to several well-known corporate and public tenants.

Kluuvi, Helsingfors

Investor: AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets and Cavendo.

Lettable area: 20 000 sqm.

Kluuvi is a city block in central Helsinki, consisting of retail, restaurant and office premises. The property is located on Alexanterinkatu, Kluuvikatu and Yliopistonkatu, and has direct access to subway as well as trams.

Heron City, Stockholm

Investor: Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Capman Nordic Real Estate Investment, Cavendo.

Heron City is situated in Kungens Kurva, 15 minutes south of downtown Stockholm.
Kungens Kurva is the largest retail park in the Nordics, with about 20 million visitors every year. The property offers an extensive selection of food, leisure and retail.

Stansen, Sollentuna

Year acquired: 2014 (Cavendo takes part since 2019)

Stansen is a retail property in Häggvik which is in northern Stockholm. Tenants include; Coop, Systembolaget and McDonalds. The whole area is under development and within the coming years will change from an external retail park area to a dynamic neighbourhood with residential, retail, workplaces and service.
