Cavendo Asset Management AB (”Cavendo”, “we” or “us”) is
an asset management company with focus on real estate. We process personal data about various natural persons when conducting the business e.g. employees of our customers, our suppliers, our partners, at authorities, but also suppliers and tenants of the customer whose property we manage.

Please note that we do not process personal data about visitors of our website https://cavendo.se. We do not use any tool or technology (e.g. cookies) that enable us to collect personal data when you visit the website.
The processing of personal data is relatively limited and mainly concerns contact information (such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, professional role) and information in communication between us.
Cavendo mainly processes personal data in order to be able to provide its services and to fulfil its obligations in relation to customers, to comply with applicable laws (e.g. the Book-keeping Act) and to answer to inquiries related to our business. Cavendo also processes personal data to establish and maintain a business relationship with stakeholders relevant for the type of project/management that Cavendo carries out. Please note that Cavendo has subcontractors domiciled outside the EU/EES why your personal data may be subject to processing in a third country. We only share your personal data with such party if we have taken the necessary security measures (e.g. entered into EU’s standard contractual clauses).
