Cavendo joins forces with fund manager Ursus to acquire two landmark residential towers in Stockholm off-market

Cavendo and Ursus have joined forces to acquire two properties in the Hornsberg Strand area of Kungsholmen in Stockholm from AFA Fastigheter.

The two properties, also known as Kungsholmsporten, were completed in 2011 and 2012 respectively, and comprise a total of 267 apartments over 19,000 sqm. “We are grateful to have the opportunity to own these two properties together with Ursus. Both parties have positive long-term outlooks for the Stockholm residential market, and we look forward to managing the properties,” says Joakim Karlsson CEO, Cavendo.
