Niam and Cavendo form joint venture to acquire three commuter hubs in Stockholm

Cavendo forms joint venture with Niam and acquires Fruängen Centrum, Högdalen Centrum and Haninge Centrum from Citycon.
The three centers all have direct access to metro and commuter train stations and offer a total of 57 000 sqm. of lettable area. The majority of tenants are in the groceries sector and other necessity-driven retail, as well as community services and housing. The properties will be carefully developed together with their respective local municipalities and existing tenants.
